Nerecina Rental Agreement

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Nerecina that includes any rented items, you are agreeing to a legally binding contract between yourself (“Renter”) and Nerecina. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking a rental with us.

 

OWNERSHIP OF RENTAL ITEMS

At all times, the Rental Item(s) are and remain the property of Nerecina. Nerecina reserves the right to retrieve Rental Item(s) at any time. No modifications or alterations can be made to Rental Item(s) without the explicit approval from Nerecina.

 

RENTAL PERIOD

The Rental Period shall commence on the date of pickup or delivery of the Rental Items and shall continue for the duration specified in the invoice. The Renter shall return the Rental Item(s) to Nerecina on or before the agreed-upon return date. Any extension of the Rental Period must be agreed upon in writing by Nerecina and may be subject to additional fees.

 

RENTAL FEES

The Renter shall pay the Rental Fee as specified in the invoice, which includes the rental fee for the Rental Items and any additional fees such as cleaning fees, late fees, or damages. The Renter is required to provide a Security Deposit as specified in the invoice, which shall be returned to the Renter after the Rental Item(s) are returned in good condition, subject to deductions for any outstanding fees or damages.

 

RETURN OF RENTAL ITEMS

The Renter shall return the Rental Item(s) to Nerecina in the same condition as received, on or before the rental end date specified in the Agreement. If the Rental Item(s) are not returned on time or are returned in damaged condition, the Renter shall be responsible for any additional rental fees, repair or replacement costs, or other charges as determined by Nerecina.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Renter agrees to pay the Rental Fee(s) as agreed upon with Nerecina at the time of booking. Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no cancellations are allowed. In the event of a cancellation by Renter, no refunds will be issued. However, Nerecina may allow for rebooking of the rental items for a future date, subject to availability and additional fees, as determined by Nerecina.

 

LATE FEES

If the Rental Item(s) are not returned by the end of the Rental Term, the Renter will be charged a late fee of $50 USD per day until the Rental Item(s) are returned.

 

CARE OF RENTAL ITEMS

The Renter shall take proper care of the Rental Items and shall not alter, damage, or modify the Rental Items in any way. The Renter shall return the Rental Items in the same condition as they were received, except for normal wear and tear. Nerecina reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowance. The Renter shall be responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the Rental Item(s) and shall be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the Rental Item(s) at Nerecina’s discretion.

 

DAMAGES OR LOSS

In the event that the Rental Item(s) are damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental term, the Renter shall promptly notify Nerecina and shall be responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, or the full retail value of the Rental Item(s) at the time of loss, as determined by Nerecina.

 

ALTERATIONS

Alterations to any Rental Item(s) are strictly prohibited. Any alterations made to the Rental Item(s) outside of Nerecina will be deemed as damages.

 

FIT AND SIZING

Renter acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure proper fit and sizing of the Rental Item(s). Nerecina may provide sizing guides and recommendations, but Renter is solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size. Nerecina is not responsible for any issues related to fit or sizing of the Rented Item(s). Cancellations resulting from selecting an incorrect size are not permitted.

 

LIABILITY

The Renter assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use and possession of the Rental Items during the Rental Period. Nerecina shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur to the Renter or any third party in connection with the use of the Rental Items. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nerecina from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter's use or possession of the Rental Item(s).

 

CHANGES TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

Nerecina retains the right to modify the Rental Agreement at its discretion, and it is crucial for the Renter to review and accept the updated terms with each order placed. The terms in effect for an order shall align with the Rental Agreement as it existed on the date of order placement.
