Return Policy


Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund as long as the item meets the criteria below:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving it

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition. (Unaltered, No damage, Dog or Cat hair, stains; makeup, self-tanner, perfume etc)

• Merchandise must have all tags attachedincluding the ribbon tag that is threaded through the garment or it will not be accepted.

Bridal gowns, Custom-made or customized items cannot be returned.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Any merchandise stated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items not received.

Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return (not including weekends and holidays) for the processing of your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please only inquire about the status if more than 14 business days have past. If you paid with Afterpay or Klarna, you are still responsible for making your scheduled payments as per your agreement, until your refund is issued. Once your return is processed you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

TO RETURN YOUR ORDER: Submit a request by emailing hello@nerecina.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST, including the details of your order in the message. We will reply to your request within 24 hours with instructions on how to send back the merchandise. All returns must be mailed within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Exchanges

International Customers (outside of the U.S.) wanting an exchange are required to pay for shipping of the exchange. We will send an invoice that must be paid before your exchange is sent out.

Defective Items

We thoroughly inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare instance that the item is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately at hello@nerecina.com. We will replace it with the same item in the same size. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
